Zeta Scorpii Nebula

2@ 5 min. luminance w/ ST-8e May 23, 2000

RGB exposure is 150 sec. each at medium resolution

I found out about this object in David Malin's Invisible Universe. Interestingly, it is unnamed dark nebulosity situated about 2 degrees west and north of Zeta Scorpii at the bottom of the scorpion's tail. At -41 degrees declination seeing is very choppy and this is a low contrast object. North is up.
